A Scarborough woman who turned up for a hospital appointment was told she was dead !
When the woman contacted department for work and pensions the customer service call handler, stated ‘on the computer you are dead’ and questioned the woman’s identity!
The woman replied NO I am not….. I am talking to you!
Are we so brainwashed and robotic these days we believe everything the computer tells us?
