Both children and adults suffer from allergies and, unfortunately, the incidence for both seems to be on the increase. I often see children and adults who have digestive malabsorption, which can be the root cause behind allergic disorders. Often difficult to detect and pinpoint by tests, allergies are not a cut and dried situation when being diagnosed and there may be no real intolerances or allergy to a specific food apparent.
What is sometimes overlooked, however, is a general weakness of normal digestive absorption, something, which shows up when the body is emotionally or mentally stressed.
