From birth, what to expect going home after birth, how to prepare. Parental and child support with Children’s Health, Birth trauma, Anxiety, Feeding issues, Allergies, Eczema, Adverse trauma and behaviour issues.

Practical 1-2-1 therapy packages, support programmes in maternity, birth prep and postnatal care; includes parental birth trauma recovery, abdominal realignment, infant sleep and colic solutions, plus one-to-one guidance for children’s anxiety or frustration behaviour and solutions for improved family wellbeing.

Education is key for parents to understand why, how and when. How to avoid and prevent. Understanding underlying trauma issues, hormonal, biological action helps parents to access deeper levels of reasons for their child’s situation. Learning more about their child’s, or teen physical, mental and emotional situation and trauma lived.
