Birth Trauma - Emotional Release D.A.R.E Therapy 1-2-1 appointments

1-2-1 Sessions depend upon the trauma or severity of birth experience.

It may take 2 or 4 sessions D.A.R.E specialist practitioner will discuss with parent at the time of consultation.

By calming from trauma body-mind corrections happen:

• Reduces colic (a sign post for trauma)

• Calms nervous system.

• Improves sleep, reduces shock impacts and night terrors.

• Calms digestion and improves feeding.

• Reduces fractious distressing behaviour.

• Realign skeletal and skull from Vontau and Forceps delivery helping to release and realign cranium bones.
