Menopause is a whole body change impact.
Changing diet is not enough. Underlying issues may have been present for some time. It is not only investigating hormonal imbalances, many systems and back office internal states may be out of sync. Why a whole body approach with lifestyle changes, diet tweaks, functional, nutritional medicine and mineral additions will be required. A health plan, full system investigation is required including historical issues and lineage or family traits taken into consideration. A one-hour consultation is included.
Tests such as hair analysis give factual data, once we have the data …what is the next step?. How do I achieve that? And there will be tweaks along the way to implement. Changes are not linear. Body corrections take time to adjust and although clients feel better on the programme it does not mean that all is back in place.
Improvements will be felt quite quickly, but only part of the story.. your story and we want the changes to be permanent not a flash in the pan. Therefore the combination approach is skilled and gives you understanding of you and your body.
